I had a good experience overall. My order went through just fine, and I didn’t run into any issues...

Not gonna lie, I was mostly just hoping the small parts I ordered would actually match what I picked on the site, and they did. Everything showed up correct with no missing pieces or random wrong items, so that was a relief.
Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but it wasn’t a big problem for me. The packaging was fine, the order was accurate, and I’d probably use them again if I need more stuff later.

I was hoping for better, especially for the price. Some of the parts looked rough, and a few didn’t fit the way they should. I don’t want to be overly harsh, but it was definitely frustrating and not quite what I expected.

My order from dixiegunworks.com actually showed up in great shape, which is always a nice surprise these days. The box was sturdy, everything inside was wrapped properly, and there weren’t any random loose parts rolling around like some places apparently think is fine. You could tell they took a little extra time packing it, i appreciated that. Happy with the packaging overall.

Three stars seems about right.

But once they processed it, the refund came through like they said it would. Not instant. Not the fastest thing ever. Still, no hassle, no arguing, no runaround. So yeah, overall I’d say it was handled fine.
